In it’s simplest form, loving yourself comes down to your ACTIONS.
GIVE YOURSELF TIME
It doesn’t have to be the whole day, half the day, or even several hours, but gift yourself a moment. Take a break from all the other roles you play and just bask in being yourself.
ACCEPT WHO YOU ARE
You are remarkable and worthy of love, especially from yourself.
FORGIVE YOURSELF
Part of the reason our internal self-talk is so negative is because it’s also deeply difficult to extend forgiveness to ourselves. Treat yourself like you would a friend.
CELEBRATE THE WINS
Use the little wins to walk yourself through some of the best things you’ve done in your life and honor each one.
TREAT YOURSELF
Treat yourself to a massage, something that will make you feel great.
TREAT SOMEONE ELSE
You may also benefit from gifting someone else something nice, including time. Doing something sincere for another person can be a good way to love yourself more.
FIND YOUR THING
Passion is important in any relationship, that includes the one you have with yourself. Find your passion, that thing that really makes you feel alive, joyful, happy, motivated, and inspired.
SAY NO
No can be an ugly word, but it can also be your best friend. Setting boundaries isn’t a terrible idea when they put your mental and physical health first. Be brave. Say no now and again, feed your own happiness.

Closely intertwined with Zen Buddhism and mindfulness,
Matcha green tea appeals to our mindful nature in every way possible.
It has long been regarded as a key element of theWay of the Tea which was all about rituals to emphasize MINDFULNESS and SPIRITUALITY.
Nature offers an abundance of superfoods that can HEAL and NOURISH the body. One such superfood is Matcha. Once it’s absorbed into the body, it builds a healthy “soil” which improves our physical as well as mental well-being.
Drinking tea is also an attempt to appreciate the imperfect as a way to find ZEN.
Drinking tea is considered to be calming, spiritual, and a way to increase the awareness of
wabi-sabi (simplicity and austerity).

◊ Along with the role of host there is the shokyaku, the main guest who is responsible for interacting with the teishu or host.
◊ Bow once after the tea is served, again just before drinking the tea and again after putting the empty cup down.
◊ Try to drink the tea in only two or three sips, ensuring that any patterns on the cup are facing away from you.
◊ Be sure to wear white socks on the day as you will need to remove your shoes upon entering and try to avoid tight or revealing clothing for this traditional experience.

How many people in the world are, at this very moment, trapped in their own thoughts of their own reality?
Common signs of being trapped in your mind:
• Indecisiveness
• Procrastination
• Overthinking everything
• Being emotionally reactive
• Losing track of time
• Constantly analyzing the past or fearing the future
• Poor concentration levels
• Tension
• Sore muscles
• Sleep problems
Three steps that can help you stop feeling trapped in your mind:
◊ Help to train the mind to focus on the present moment
(i.e. mindfulness, meditation)
◊ Increase the intake of oxygen
(i.e., getting fresh air, practicing deep breathing, exercising, or getting sweaty on my myoga mat); and
◊ Release and clear thoughts
(i.e., daily journaling, talking to a close friend, brain dump).
Some of these are SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN methods for calming and/or rewiring the brain, which might be comforting for you to know.

Matcha contains:
up to 60 % of the caffeine in espresso.
75 % of that in one cup of Coffee
80 % of that in one can of Red Bull
Due to Matcha's high amino acid content, the caffeine in matcha enters your system more slowly than coffee. That means no crash, no jitters, sustained energy for a longer period of time.
We like to call matcha the alkalizing coffee, delivering energizing effects.
Matcha isn't just a trend - it enters us into a flow-state energy in which your mind and body is riding a gentle calm but still has mental clarity.

The best way to have a good day is to have a GOOD morning.
Both BODY and MIND are refreshed, and the day begins again with a renewed sense of possibility.
Stage 1: Support Your Physical Body In Waking Up
Help your body by supplying the natural physiological cues that trigger wakefulness.
You can do this by opening a window and taking a few deep breaths of fresh morning air.
To promote healthy melatonin levels, you should also expose yourself to natural light as soon after waking as possible. Have water or tea instead of coffee immediately after waking, especially if caffeine tends to amplify anxiety for you.
Stage 2: Come into Stillness
Morning routines don’t have to be elaborate – turn an ordinary shower into a moment of SELF-CARE by slowing down and bringing mindfulness to the sensations.
Savor the feeling of the soap on your skin, the warm water. Take your time with a favorite cup of teaor some gentle music.
Stage 3: Set your Intention
With your body and mind gently woken up and your consciousness held in calm attention, you can now begin to focus yourself by making plans for the day ahead.
Think about the attitude you want to hold, how you want to feel, and how you want to engage with the tasks that lay ahead of you.

Get Outside:
Nature has a grounding, re-centering effect on mind and body.
Include a Friend:
Motivation is often found in accountability.
Get Started:
Motivation comes from motivation. This makes it feel impossible to find when you’re at zero and looking at a daunting goal, but it is as simple as taking that first step.
Make it Fun:
Turn whatever task is sucking your motivation into a game, something fun.
Treat Your Self:
Much like making it fun, you can reward yourself for steps along the way.
Calm Your Mind:
Nothing kills motivation like that overwhelmed feeling that comes with looking at the whole task ahead in despair. Breathe deeply, practice meditation, or sip tea while you focus.
Forgive Yourself:
Forgive yourself often and quickly. You’re going to have missteps.

Principles on which Consistency is based:
The idea of consistency is based on three underlying principles.
PATIENCE:
Patience is the key to consistency: One of the main reasons people don’t stick with what they’re doing, whatever it might be, is simply impatience.
BELIEF:
Likewise, failing to believe in what you’re doing will definitely kill your consistency in doing it. Your consistency, or lack thereof, in what you do is a good indication of your true belief about it.
VALUE:
Everything that we do is generally motivated by one of two things: fear and desire. In either case, you take action based on perceived value: running from a bear has the value of saving your life, while running as a form of running has the value of maintaining your health.
