Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.
The package will be shipped with priority through the United States Postal Service or UPS. Once your order is shipped, Sorate is not responsible for stolen or lost packages or inaccurate mailing addresses or unforeseen delays by couriers.
Each product goes through quality control before being shipped to the buyer individually packaged. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that no damage has occurred during shipment before consuming or using the products.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to contact Sorate with any questions regarding the ingredients of the Products prior to placing an order if the Buyer has any health concerns or allergies. Sorate assumes no responsibility for the application, use, storage or care of our products: the buyer is responsible for proper care and application.
In no event shall Sorate LLC (our owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, vendors) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct or indirect damage of any kind, including but not limited to: Loss of data, replacement costs, loss of money or similar damages. You may not use our products for any unauthorized purpose, such as resale.
Only one discount can be used per order on our website. We cannot apply a discount retroactively if your order has already been placed.
If you have entered an incorrect address or need to change your order, please contact us immediately so we can correct it. If the order has already been processed, there is nothing we can do. Sorate cannot add additional items to your order or process credit card payments over the phone.
For international orders, depending on the country, customers may have to pay additional import fees to receive the package. Sorate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Refunds & exchanges will only be applied within 30 days of receiving the order and are only applicable to undamaged, unopened or unused products. Sorate reserves the right to deny any return.
