O RATINGS.... we ordered Matcha on 01/03/25 & till 01/19/25 no words. when order status was checked it tells us will be delivered 01/13/25 which is way pass... USPS tracking showed its still sitting in NY location. Store was called several times & they hang up saying someone will call back &for 3 days no one called back. on 01/20/25, I called store & they transfer me to store manager & very rude man came on the phone. I ask him to cancel order as it did not leave NYC yet & he said very rudely blame on USPS not us as we shipped & keep screaming at other end of the call how USPS is lousy .. I ask him to cancel order & he refused. He was informed I will call my credit card & dispute pmt as we were told we will receive in 7 business days & it's almost 20 days & we don't have Matcha. today 01/23/25 still nothing & now we have non need as we already purchased from somewhere else.
