Here's a recipe to guide you:
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Superior
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 teaspoon of Yuzu or Lime drops (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling water
1. In a small bowl, combine the matcha powder and 50ml of hot water. Use a whisk or a matcha whisk to vigorously whisk the mixture until the Matcha is fully dissolved and there are no clumps.
2. If desired, add Yuzu or Lime drops to the Matcha mixture and stir until it's well combined. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste preferences.
3. Fill a glass with ice cubes. You can use a tall glass or a mason jar for a more aesthetic presentation.
4. Pour the Matcha mixture over the ice cubes. Make sure to leave some space at the top of the glass for the sparkling water.
5. Slowly pour the cool sparkling water into the glass, allowing it to mix with the Matcha. Start with a small amount and gradually add more until you achieve your desired level of fizziness.
6. Stir gently with a spoon to combine the Matcha, sweetener, and sparkling water.
7. Optionally, you can garnish your sparkling iced Matcha with a slice of lemon, lime, or mint leaves for added freshness and flavor.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing sparkling iced matcha!
Feel free to adjust the proportions of Matcha, sweetener, yuzu and sparkling water according to your taste preferences.
Enjoy your Matcha creation!

Matcha, like champagne, is crafted from specific cultivars, each contributing unique flavors. Sorate offers four cultivars: Yabukita (balanced, vibrant green), Samidori (deep green, mild), Asahi (rare, rich, creamy), and Okumidori (umami, bright green).
Single Cultivar matcha showcases one cultivar's traits, preferred by enthusiasts. Blended Cultivar matcha combines multiple cultivars for a balanced flavor, appealing to a broader audience. At Sorate, our diverse matchas highlight these unique flavors and qualities for a distinctive matcha experience.
