Dalgona Iced Matcha Latte

Get ready to indulge in a creamy, frothy delight with our Whipped Dalgona Matcha Recipe.


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons House Matcha
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • Ice cubes
  • Matcha powder for dusting (optional)


PREPARATION:

1. In a tall container, combine the Matcha powder and granulated sugar.

2. Add a small amount of almond milk to the Matcha-sugar mixture and whisk vigorously using a Sorate Electric Whisk. This will help dissolve the Matcha powder and create a thick paste.

3. Once the Matcha paste is smooth, gradually add the remaining almond milk while continuing to whisk. Ensure there are no lumps.

4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it reaches a thick, whipped consistency. You can use again Sorate Electric Whisk for this step.

5. Take a glass and fill it with ice cubes.

6. Gently spoon half of the whipped cream over the ice cubes, creating a fluffy cloud-like layer on top.

7. Carefully pour the Matcha mixture over the whipped cream

8. Top with the remaining whipped cream.

9. Optionally, dust the top of the Matcha layer with a sprinkle of Matcha powder for an extra burst of flavor and aesthetic appeal.

9. Serve immediately with a straw or a spoon, allowing the layers to mix as you drink or enjoy.

This unique Dalgona Matcha recipe combines the earthy flavors of Matcha with the creamy sweetness of the whipped cream, resulting in a delightful and refreshing drink.
