These light and fluffy matcha pancakes are served with fruit, greek yogurt, and a drizzle of honey. These pancakes are super easy to make, and the natural green color makes a stunning presentation. Perfect for St Patricks day with your loved ones.
Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 tablespoon matcha powder

2 teaspoons baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup of milk

1 egg

1 tablespoon of greek yogurt

1 handful of fresh berries
Directions:
Step 1:Whisk flour, matcha, baking powder, sugar and salt together in a bowl. Make a well in the center of the mixture; add 1 cup of milk, and the egg. Whisk batter briefly until just combined resulting in a smooth mixture.'Step 2:Spray a pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium-low heat. Transfer 3 spoonfuls of the batter onto the center of the pan. Cook until small bubbles start to form, about 1 minute.
