HEART HEALTH:

Green tea has been shown to promote heart health by reducing blood pressure, cholesterol, and plaque build-up in blood vessels, all of which are major risk factors for heart disease.

BRAIN HEALTH:

In recent studies, the consumption of drinking of green tea daily was linked with a reduced risk of age-related brain degeneration, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's disease in multiple human studies.

WEIGHTLOSS:

According to the findings of some long-term observational research, consuming about 2 cups of green tea per day may reduce body fat and weight. In additional experiments, it has been found that consuming 100–460 mg of EGCG while consuming 80–300 mg of caffeine for at least 12 weeks is associated with significant weight loss and aids in weightless.

MATCHA CULTIVARS

July 24, 2024

Matcha, like champagne, is crafted from specific cultivars, each contributing unique flavors. Sorate offers four cultivars: Yabukita (balanced, vibrant green), Samidori (deep green, mild), Asahi (rare, rich, creamy), and Okumidori (umami, bright green).

Single Cultivar matcha showcases one cultivar's traits, preferred by enthusiasts. Blended Cultivar matcha combines multiple cultivars for a balanced flavor, appealing to a broader audience. At Sorate, our diverse matchas highlight these unique flavors and qualities for a distinctive matcha experience.
