I've tried about every matcha on the market. Like legit - MK, horii, ippodo, Rocky's. This premium kusui from Sorate is the creamiest, cleanest, most decadent matcha I've had. I go back to it over every other one. No graininess, zero astringency, thick and full on the palate. It's almost ice cream-like. i love it.
Love hojicha powder, its great hot or cold latte. Packaging needs to ne improved. There is a hole on the foil package but no damage on the blue container.
It is rich and nutty, with notes of cocoa. I make lattes with it and plan to switch my morning coffee to this. I highly recommend it.
