

Our Hojicha blend, or Bancha, is crafted by slow-roasting Sencha tea leaves at high temperature. The method of roasting gives this tea a nutty aroma and toasted flavor. Hojicha goes through a four-step process of steaming, drying, shaping, and roasting in order to achieve the perfect balance. Because of this special processing method, Hojicha is low in caffeine and can be enjoyed by tea lovers of all ages.
