


Matcha Superior is among the highest quality Matcha produced in Japan. This variety is grown in the shade under a canopy or “Tana" for 20 to 30 days before it is delicately harvested. This slow, precise process yields a smoother and more mellow Matcha flavor.
Matcha contains the highest amounts of amino acids and vitamin A of any traditional Japanese tea.
