I never received my order that i place on 12/7 as a Christmas gift for someone. No shipping confirmation or order fulfillment notification. I reached via the contact page on the website on 12/20 and sent a follow up email on 12/27 and never heard anything back. Had to report this charge as fraudulent to my bank. The only communication I’ve gotten is multiple requests to review the product I never received. I will not ever purchase here again and will discourage others from patronizing this shop as well. Very disappointed and sad to have to give a poor review to what was seemingly a small, quality business.
The first we tried it at Sorate was delicious. It has peach scattered around the edge but this year it has raisin and almond and a bit sweeter . We loved the first version much better ;))
I truly enjoyed this little tea house. The ambience and decor are lovely. The products are high quality and the service was efficient and friendly.
