With people around the world practicing social distancing and self-isolation to curb the further spread of coronavirus, some are starting to feel the effects of a lack of human touch. Whether it’s shaking a coworker’s hand or hugging a friend, most people are accustomed to some level of platonic physical touch on a daily basis.
Regular physical touch provides the following benefits in addition to providing us with a MOMENT TO REMEMBER.

Research is suggesting that green tea benefits the oral cavity. Green tea contains compounds that appear to control inflammation and fight bacterial infection. This drink is also rich in antioxidants, which have many health properties.
See below four reasons why green tea is good for your oral health:
1. Eliminate Bad Breath
Green tea is much better for your breath than coffee or milk because it does not contain any dairy substances nor does it cause xerostomia (dry mouth) like coffee does. In addition, green tea kills the microbes that causes our mouths to smell throughout the day from minimal water intake or, sometimes, hunger.
2. Reduce Gum Disease
A study indicated that green tea may reduce oral bacteria which, in turn, can promote the health of teeth and gums. Researchers believe that the catechins found in green tea have the potential to kill bacteria associated with tooth decay and gum disease. As a result, green tea has the potential to prevent tooth loss and other oral health problems.
3. Fight Tooth Decay
Green tea controls bacteria through regulating saliva production and acidity in the mouth. Researchers found multiple positive studies on tooth decay prevention using only green tea.
4. Reduce Oral Cancer Risk
Catechins from matcha are known for their potential anti-cancer activity. According to studies by scientists from Pennsylvania State University, matcha may help treat oral cancer cells,
The scientists found the natural antioxidant effect of matcha’s catechins could suppress cancer cells without harming the healthy cells while leaving no side effects.

Manifestation is about ENVISIONING what you want for your life, BELIEVING you can make those goals a reality, and TAKING ACTION in alignment with those beliefs to achieve your desired outcome.
JOIN THE MATCHA AND TEA RITUAL
1. BE CLEAR ON YOUR GOALS
Firstly you need to know exactly what you want. You are the only one who dreams your dreams, so whether it’s a new job, a healthy life or a new partner, know it and own it.
Make your intention as specific as possible. The more clear and concise, the better. Instead of, for example, saying "I want to meet my soulmate," develop a detailed picture of what that person would look like (think: qualities, characteristics, values, etc.)
2. VISUALIZE - AND WRITE IT DOWN ON PAPER
Once you've pinpointed exactly what your hopes, dreams, and goals are, you need to ask the universe for what you want. This can be done in a variety of ways—prayer, meditation, visualization, speaking your intentions out loud, or a vision board.
You can also write your intention down on paper.
3. TAKE ACTION
Manifesting is also known as co-creating because it’s a collaboration between you and the Universe. Which is exactly why knowing what you want is only half the battle— you will not see any results without action.
Set aside a bit of time to think about what steps you can take to reach your goals yourself, then build them into your routine.
.
4. BE MINDFUL AND CULTIVATE GRATITUDE
Gratitude is key. While you may not get everything you desire in order and the time frame you want, it is important to receive and acknowledge what you do get, no matter how big or small.
5. STOP THE LIMITING BELIEFS
To move past your limiting beliefs, it's essential that you first identify what exactly they are. To do this, ask yourself: What are the beliefs I have about myself that may be inhibiting my progress? Write down your answers.
To take it a step further, the next time you find yourself questioning your worth or saying "I don't deserve this," pause and think of all the reasons why you are deserving.
6.CHECK AND CHANGE YOUR ENERGY
The energy we put out in the world is the energy we get back. Which means if you are continually sending out negative energy—either through your thoughts or feelings—you will attract that same energy back to you.
If you are able shift your energy (a practice sometimes referred to as raising your vibrations), you'll also attract more positivity, which will help you realize your goals.

Setting aside time for formal meditation is an important way to establish a routine and get comfortable with the practice. Even just a few minutes a day can make a big difference.
It’s inevitable: During meditation, your mind will roam. You may notice other sensations in the body, things happening around you, or just get lost in thought, daydreaming about the past or present, possibly judging yourself or others.
You can practice mindfulness meditation on your own anytime and anywhere. But listening to basic guided meditations can also be helpful, especially when getting started. Instructions from an experienced teacher can help remind us to come back to the present moment, let go of distracting thoughts and not be so hard on ourselves.
TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND GET READY TO RELAX.

When celebrating CINCO DE MAYO is there really any other choice than a tequila cocktail? This year, whether you opt for a traditional margarita or shake things up with a smokey Mezcal Matcha Margarita, we have got you covered with a recipe below.
MATCHA is a healthy and delicious addition to margaritas.
In this version, traditionally-used tequila is traded for mezcal, a Mexican liquor, it imparts a complex, earthy, smokey flavor.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 fl oz Mezcal
3/4 fl oz Triple Sec Liqueur
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 Jalapeño slices (seeds removed)
1/6 fl oz Agave Syrup
1/2 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon Matcha
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Rim your glass with lime juice by cutting a 1/4" slit into a quarter of a lime and running it around the lip of the glass until the entire surface is evenly damp.
2) Place salt in a shallow bowl and run the rim of the glass through the salt.
3) In a cocktail shaker, muddle jalapeño slices (leaving a handful for garnish), then add the ice.
4) Combine remaining margarita ingredients. Shake for about 30 seconds, until the shaker feels cold in your hands. Using a strainer, pour the mixture directly into prepared glass, and garnish with jalapeños and a lime if desired. Enjoy!
